Brilliant Experience
I have been here numerous times since the new Covid rules came into play and I cannot fault the place. Extremely organised and mindful of all the safety precautions and each visit I have felt totally safe. Plenty of room between tables, a one-way system, fast ordering service at the table and lots of sanitiser stations, etc. The food is amazing too! I’d thoroughly recommend the fish and chips and the starters are all yum! The staff are friendly and welcoming and all very clued up on the regulations. Brilliant experience.

First visit after lockdown. A new menu which is even better than before. Excellent service and great food. If passing or in Maidenhead make sure you visit.

Excellent Quality & Lovely Garden Terrace
Great food and service on a visit for lunch Food are at the higher end of charges but the quality is excellent, desserts were great too! Excellent service too. Will definitely return.

Amazing Welcome & Service
From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff were welcoming and attentive, never left waiting for drinks, to be seated, or for our order to be taken – really impressed. All the staff were well trained, well dressed and polite and the food was really fantastic. A real change from the past and in the days when service seems to matter less and less I found this really refreshing! We will be back with the dog to treat her to the water station and treat jars!!!

Seamless Service in a Beautiful Restaurant
Enjoyed a marvelous couple of hours with friends – and they catered well for my Gluten-free diet with thoughtful attention. Service was seamless and friendly allowing us to chat freely and relax. Food was delicious and good value for money – I will be back!

Amazing Service
I visited Golden Ball last week for a family meal, we were seated almost instantly and made to feel really welcome by the staff. We were looked after by Lauren and were so impressed with how friendly and attentive she was to us. We had quite a lot of dietary requirements which she acknowledged and advised. We found her very professional and appreciated that she addressed COVID rules and regulations. The food was amazing and came out quickly… overall very impressed with our meal and will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Service, Beautiful Location
One of my favourite bars in Pinkneys Green. Beautiful setting, fabulous ambiance. Great food and fab wine. Fantastic service from Jack during a very busy service, very personable. Couldn’t do more for us.
